Shinhwa released the music video for their catchy new song “Run” off their 9th Special Limited Edition Anniversary album.
The men channel a brotherhood of Mexican gangsters on the epic crusade of rescuing their beloved leader, Eric. Even though the premise of the video shows how loyalty and friendship can overcome adversity, the real message is that in the end, flashy shirts, cheesy matrix shootout effects, and shiny guns conquer all (even music charts and concert ticket sales!). This video truly sets the new standard for the pseudo-western-gangster genre.
Shinhwa’s 9th Special Limited Edition Anniversary album has already pre-sold an astounding 50,000 copies. Official release date for the album is April 10th.
